Awarded to Bishop's Grant by The Wake Forest Urban Forestry Board, the 'Project' Green Medal Award honors a program or project for promoting good environmental stewardship and excellence in service, while demonstrating a commitment to urban forestry.

Bishop's Grant, landscaped by Harper's Landscaping, Inc., exceeded the Wake Forest ordinance, going above and beyond the requirements, specifically at the entrance to Bishop's Grant.

This award was presented during the 29th Arbor Day celebration on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the Wake Forest Community House.
